POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
1) The dimension of each poster must not be larger than 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
2) Presentations should match the research information submitted in your abstract.
3) Items that should be included in your poster are: Title, Author(s) name(s), Author(s) affiliation(s), a brief background to your project, your primary goals and potential methods. If you are presenting readily advanced research results, also include the methods you used to complete your experiments, the results you obtained, and a discussion of your findings, and conclusions.
4) Presenting Authors of each poster are requested to be available for answering the questions during the assigned poster session. A list of the presenters for the sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday will be submitted next week.Â
5) A good poster should be readable from at least 1.5 meters away, while the figures and tables should be clearly presented.
6) Do not overload the poster by using too small fonts. Too much material may mean less communication.
7) Materials for mounting posters will be provided on-site.
